Moroccan Soufiane El Bakkali won the 3000m steeplechase at the Diamond League meeting in Silesia, Poland, on Sunday.
El Bakkali won in 8 min 3 sec 16/100, beating the meeting record. He defeated Kenyans Abraham Kibiwot (8:08.03) and Leonard Kipkemoi Bett (8:09.45).
El Bakkali had already won the 3000 m steeplechase at the Stockholm meeting and at the Mohammed VI international meeting in Rabat, which are also part of the Diamond League
