Director- General of Traffic, Brigadier Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa, congratulated road users on Eid Al-Fitr and appreciated the role of parents and the public in achieving traffic safety.
The Director-General stressed the importance of reinforcing safety and security and activating the principles of community partnership and belonging to the nation in association with the community members and institutions, in implementation of the directives of Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, to maintain security and achieve traffic safety.
The Director-General of Traffic urged road users to abide traffic rules and regulations, follow the road speed in neighbourhoods, give way to pedestrians, and preserve safety of children in residential and events areas, wishing safety for all.
