Manama: In line with Bahrain’s national efforts toward carbon neutrality, announced by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and in observance of the National Tree Week, launched by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank, and Abdullah Talib, General Manager of Eskan Bank, participated in planting trees at the “Saar Greens” project.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the tree planting activity at the “Saar Greens” project aligns with Bahrain’s broader environmental goals and highlights Eskan Bank’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. The initiative is part of a series of events organized to promote awareness and action toward achieving carbon neutrality in the kingdom.
