Rabat: French Prime Minister S©bastien Lecornu arrived Wednesday evening at Rabat-Sal© Airport for an official visit to the Kingdom, during which he will co-chair, on Thursday with Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, the 15th session of the Morocco-France High-Level Meeting.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, upon his arrival at Rabat-Sal© Airport, Lecornu was greeted by Akhannouch. After reviewing a detachment from the Royal Air Force’s (FRA) First Air Base that performed the honors, the French Prime Minister was greeted, among others, by Morocco’s Minister of Agriculture, Marine Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests Ahmed El Bouari; Minister of Industry and Trade Ryad Mezzour, and Minister of Transportation and Logistics Abdessamad Kayouh.
Lecornu was also greeted by the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament and Government Spokesperson Mustapha Baitas, Minister Delegate for Digital Transition and Administrative Reform Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, and Wali of the Rabat-Sal©-K©nitra region and Governor of the Rabat Prefecture Mohamed El Yacoubi.
The French Prime Minister is accompanied on this visit by a large ministerial delegation. The 15th session of the Morocco-France High-Level Meeting serves as a testament to the reinforced exceptional partnership between Morocco and France, under the leadership of the two Heads of State, His Majesty King Mohammed VI and French President Emmanuel Macron.
