Rabat: The Government Council was informed, on Thursday in Rabat, of an agreement on air services signed in Montreal on September 25, 2025, between the Moroccan Government and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the Council also took note of Bill No. 67.25 approving the agreement. This bill was presented by Morocco’s Minister of Transport and Logistics on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates. Mustapha Baitas, Minister Delegate for Relations with Parliament and Government Spokesperson, provided this information during a press briefing following the Council meeting.
