Rabat: Secretary General of the Government Mohamed Hajoui held discussions with the newly appointed Spanish Ambassador to Morocco, Enrique Ojeda Villa, in Rabat. The meeting underscored the robust relations of neighborliness, friendship, and mutually beneficial cooperation between Morocco and Spain, guided by the strategic vision of HM King Mohammed VI, as well as the collaborative exchanges with King Felipe VI and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Hajoui and Villa explored opportunities for technical collaboration between Morocco’s Official Printing Office and Spain’s State Agency for the Official State Gazette. This cooperation aims to enhance the production and digital utilization of legislative texts and improve the electronic dissemination of laws, benefiting administrations, professionals, and the general public.
The Government’s General Secretariat is set to initiate three major projects in these areas. Spain’s leadership in Europe regarding the production and digital dissemination of laws is of particular interest to Morocco, with the potential to draw on Spain’s experiences and practices in these fields, the press release states.
