Rabat: Guatemala’s Economic Promotion Week in Morocco has officially commenced, marking a significant step in strengthening bilateral trade relations between the two nations. The week-long series of events and meetings will be held across Rabat, Casablanca, and Dakhla, aimed at fostering win-win business partnerships between Moroccan and Guatemalan operators.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the initiative is part of efforts to enhance the economic partnership in line with the aspirations advocated by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. The events offer a platform to explore and discuss potential areas of collaboration that could lead to mutual economic growth.
The Guatemalan delegation is led by Julio Eduardo Orozco, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, and includes key figures such as Gabriel Biguria De Leon from AGEXPORT, Charles Band from the Coordinating Committee of Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, and Financial Associations, and Carla Caballeros from CAMAGRO. Their presence underscores Guatemala’s commitment to deepening economic ties with Morocco and attracting increased investment between the two countries.
