Moscow:Head of Government Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri attended a formal reception at the Kremlin hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The event was held in honor of heads of state, government officials, and delegations participating in the 3rd Russia-Africa Summit.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, El Mansouri is representing His Majesty King Mohammed VI at the summit. The Moroccan delegation also includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, and Morocco’s Ambassador to Russia, Lotfi Bouchaara.

The 3rd Russia-Africa Summit, themed “For Peace, Security, and Development,” aims to bolster cooperation between Russia and African nations in strategic areas such as trade, investment, energy, agriculture, and technology. This summit follows previous gatherings in Sochi in 2019 and St. Petersburg in 2023, reflecting ongoing efforts to enhance collaboration across various sectors.
