HM the King’s Leadership Makes Morocco a Model of Stability and Development: Paneuropa Spain President

Rabat: The visionary leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI has enabled Morocco to establish itself as a key regional and international player, as well as a model of development and stability, according to Carlos Uriarte S¡nchez, President of Paneuropa Spain.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, in an interview on the occasion of Throne Day, S¡nchez stated that His Majesty the King has launched numerous reforms that have profoundly transformed and modernized the Kingdom at the institutional, economic, and social levels.

In this context, he highlighted the major social progress achieved under the Sovereign’s leadership, citing in particular the Family Code reform, the implementation of inclusive social policies, and the ongoing reforms of the healthcare and education sectors.

S¡nchez emphasized that this forward-looking Royal Vision is primarily aimed at securing a prosperous future for younger generations. He also praised the major investments made in infrastructure, which have significantly enhanced connectivity across the Kingdom.

He specifically referred to Morocco’s motorway network, the Al Boraq high-speed rail line, and the socio-economic development momentum witnessed in the Kingdom’s Southern Provinces.

On the geopolitical front, S¡nchez described Morocco as ‘an emerging power’ and ‘an indispensable pillar’ of stability in the Mediterranean and Africa, highlighting the Kingdom’s growing role across the continent, particularly in the Sahel and West Africa.

He further emphasized that Morocco’s academic and cultural diplomacy, notably through the granting of scholarships to students from numerous African countries, reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to regional development. Such initiatives, he said, help create opportunities for younger generations while addressing the root causes of irregular migration.
