Riyadh: Morocco’s Amina Dehhaoui clinched the gold medal in the Taekwondo Under 57 Kg category at the Islamic Solidarity Games Riyadh-2025, triumphing over Turkey’s Maria Sainabou Marchlinski with a decisive 2-0 victory.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Dehhaoui attributed her success to “long-term effort,” expressing immense pride in securing the title in a category renowned for its competitiveness on the global stage. She took the opportunity to extend her gratitude to the technical staff of the national team, acknowledging their unwavering support, guidance, and advice throughout the championship.

With Dehhaoui’s victory, Morocco’s medal tally at the Islamic Solidarity Games has risen to 11, comprising five golds, two silvers, and four bronzes.
