The Israeli occupation army today detained at least 25 Palestinians, including minors, in raids across the occupied West Bank, according to the Prisoners’ Commission and the Prisoner’s Society. They said most of the detentions took place in the town of Idna, in the Hebron governorate, while the rest were detained in the Ramallah, Tulkarm, Bethlehem and Jerusalem governorates. Detainees were abused, severely beatings, threatened and their families, as well as widespread vandalism and destruction of homes and using some as human shields and hostages, said the groups. Israel detained so far 2425 Palestinians since the start of its aggression on Gaza on October 7, most at their homes and others at checkpoints or forcing them to turn themselves in after holding members of their families as hostages.
