Colonial Israeli settlers broke today into the hamlet of Khirbet Yarza in the northern Jordan Valley, northeast of the occupied West Bank, and raided several homes and and intimidated their civilian residents, according to local sources. Mukhles Masaied, the village’s mayor, told WAFA that more than 20 heavily armed Israeli settlers stormed the village and embarked on raiding and searching several homes and terrorizing their civilian residents. The northern Jordan Valley region has witnessed a series of attacks by Israeli settler militias since yesterday evening and throughout today. This morning, a group of army-guarded Israeli settler terrorists assaulted shepherds east of Ein al-Hilweh village in the region. The attack occurred in full view of Israeli occupation soldiers who intervened to protect the settlers subsequently detained the shepherds.
