JERICHO: The Israeli occupation authorities Tuesday demolished a hut and walls in the village of Al-Duyouk, northwest of the city of Jericho.

Local sources reported to WAFA that the occupation bulldozers demolished a 120-square-meter hut, inhabited by a family from the Bethlehem governorate, in Astih area in the village of Ayuk al-Tahta, and demolished walls under the pretext of lack of a permit.

It is noteworthy that the occupation has notified dozens of homes in this area of ??demolition, under the pretext of building without a permit.

According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the occupation authorities carried out 100 demolition operations in the West Bank during last September, and the demolition operations affected 116 facilities, including 36 inhabited homes, 13 under construction, and 56 agricultural facilities and others, and were concentrated in the governorates of: Hebron, with the demolition of 68 facilities, the Jerusalem governorate, with the demolition of 21 facilities, and
Ramallah, with the demolition of 8 facilities.
