Israeli occupation forces open fire on a Palestinian man in Hebron

HEBRON: Israeli occupation forces opened fire at a Palestinian man today in the Old City of Hebron, south of the occupied West Bank. The man's fate remains unknown at the moment. According to Palestinian security and local sources, Israeli forces heavily fired at a man near the Islamic cemetery in the Old City of Hebron, preventing ambulance crews from reaching him or determining his condition. Simultaneously, the occupation forces intensified their presence in various neighborhoods of the old city, including Wadi al-Harya, Abu Sneineh, Jaber, Wadi al-Nasara, Bab al-Zawiya, Al-Sahla, Al Shuhada Street, Salama Street, and the vicinity of the Ibrahimi Mosque. Israeli forces also prevented ambulance crews and journalists from accessing the area or being present on its streets.
