Israeli settlers Wednesday built a road linking a new outpost they established in Wadi al-Hamat with the village of Birin, and the illegal Bani Hever settlement established on citizens’ lands and property south of the town of Bani Naim, east of Hebron.
The head of the Berin Village Council, Farid Burqan, told WAFA that the settlers built a colonial road approximately 1,000 meters long, on lands belonging to citizens of the Manasra family, linking it to a new outpost on a hill in Wadi al-Hamat in the village of Berin, east of Hebron.
Settlers from the aforementioned outpost and colony stormed the citizens’ lands in the village of Birin, detained three members of Al-Faqir family for hours, and prevented them from cultivating their lands, with the aim of stealing them in order to expand the settlements around Hebron.
