Rabat: The Moroccan Investment Minister emphasized the strength and sustainability of Morocco-Germany relations during the inauguration ceremony of the Federal Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BVMW) office in Rabat. He highlighted the significance of the Joint Declaration of August 2022 and the structured cooperation framework signed in December 2023 as pivotal in reinforcing the partnership between the two nations.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the minister stressed the importance of the new BVMW office as a platform for collaboration, where investors and companies from Morocco and Germany can engage, exchange experiences, and develop projects that generate added value. The minister underscored the shared ambition of both countries to strengthen their economic ties, support entrepreneurship, and create promising opportunities concentrating on development and sustainability.
The establishment of the BVMW office in Morocco is seen as a crucial step in enhancing bilateral relations, focusing on the growth and establishment of German small and medium-sized enterprises within the Moroccan market. This initiative, in partnership with the Moroccan Agency for Investment and Export Development (AMDIE) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft fr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), aims to bolster industrial and economic connections for mutual prosperity.
