Morocco 2025 Marks Most Connected Edition in AFCON History

Morocco: The app “Yalla,” described as a ‘major innovation,’ is set to launch on September 25 and will serve as a gateway for fans, according to a press release published on the CAF website by CAF/LOC.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, every ticket holder will need to register for a Fan ID through the app, which will facilitate seamless access to stadiums and fan zones. The app will also introduce an E-visa for AFCON, enabling supporters worldwide to apply digitally. It promises to deliver real-time updates, tailored information, and exclusive tournament content, positioning Morocco 2025 as the most connected AFCON to date.

The same source reveals that Royal Air Maroc, the official global partner and airline for AFCON 2025, will enhance services for fans. Over 660 additional flights will be scheduled, increasing capacity by more than 50%. Special packages will be offered to the African diaspora traveling through Casablanca, transforming stopovers into opportunities to attend matches.
