Laayoune: The Kingdom of Morocco and the Kingdom of Bahrain have expressed a strong determination to enhance their joint cooperation across multiple fields. This commitment was underscored during the 6th session of the Morocco-Bahrain High Joint Committee, which took place in Laayoune. The session was co-chaired by Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates Nasser Bourita, along with his Bahraini counterpart, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Nasser Bourita highlighted the deep and robust fraternal relations between the two Kingdoms and their peoples. He emphasized Morocco’s eagerness to advance these ties toward broader horizons, leveraging the abundant potential both countries possess.
Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Bahrain’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed pride in visiting Morocco, which he referred to as his second country. He reiterated Bahrain’s willingness to explore all avenues for strengthening and d
iversifying bilateral cooperation, aiming to serve the common interests of both nations.
The discussions between the two ministers also focused on strategies to elevate the bilateral cooperation process. They exchanged views on Arab, regional, and international issues of mutual concern, noting with satisfaction the alignment of perspectives between Morocco and Bahrain.
