Morocco Participates in 2nd International Judicial Conference


Rabat: A statement from the Ministry of Justice indicated on Monday that participation in this international gathering reflects the commitment of the attending countries to develop strategic visions and best practices aimed at ensuring the quality of judicial and legal services and procedures. The conference also provided an opportunity to highlight several key issues related to the demand for quality in justice, now subject to measurement standards and performance indicators, which are intended to guarantee high-quality justice in service of citizens.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, during the conference, participants attended various sessions and workshops focusing on means and mechanisms to integrate justice quality into operational processes, alternative dispute resolution methods, judicial mediation mechanisms, and modern international judicial cooperation methods. The conference also addressed the role of the legal profession, digital transformation, and the use of artificial intelligence in j
ustice.

Additionally, the event offered an opportunity to renew meetings with several ministers of justice and explore ways to strengthen cooperation in various fields.
