Nador:The Nador West Med port and industrial complex is becoming a significant force in regional and territorial development, as it strengthens the industrial fabric and generates jobs and wealth, according to Managing Director Mohamed Jamal Benjelloun.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Benjelloun highlighted that the objective of this port infrastructure is to contribute tangibly to the improvement of citizens’ living conditions and to create unprecedented opportunities for the entire region.

The Nador West Med complex is designed to enhance living standards for local communities, particularly the youth, while fostering wealth creation and further invigorating the national economy. Benjelloun noted that this megaproject will be a crucial driver of economic and territorial transformation, impacting not only the Oriental region but also adjacent areas.

Additionally, Benjelloun emphasized that the Nador West Med port and industrial complex, along with the expansion project of the Tanger Med complex, aligns with the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. This vision seeks to equip Morocco with port infrastructure that bolsters the Kingdom’s standing as a maritime power in the Mediterranean region.
