Israeli occupation forces continued last night their mass detention campaign in the West Bank, detaining at least 36 Palestinians in a series of raids into Palestinian cities, towns, villages and refugee camps across the occupied territory.

In Ramallah, in the central occupied West Bank, at least 28 Palestinians were reportedly arrested by the occupation forces during a raids into the town of Ni’lin, where soldiers raided and searched several homes in the town and terrorized their residents.

At least five Palestinians were also arrested by the Israeli occupation forces in Hebron province, south of the West Bank, as army stormed Hebron City, raiding and searching several homes and terrorizing their civilian residents.

Two more Palestinians were also reported in the village of Jalqamous, in the northern province of Jenin, while at least one detention was reported in the northern province of Tulkarm.

These arrests are part of an ongoing Israeli mass detention campaign in the occupied West Bank coinciding wi
th the bloody Israeli aggression on Gaza.

According to right groups, nearly 2,500 Palestinians have been mass arrested by the Israeli occupation army across the occupied West Bank since October 7, sending the total number of Palestinians in Israeli jails to unprecedented levels.
