Rabat: The Throne Speech addressed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI to the Nation marks the transition from a goal-setting logic to a phase of consolidating achievements, reflecting the dynamics of a Kingdom that is now asserting its regional and continental power, emphasized Emmanuel Dupuy, President of the Institute for Prospective and Security in Europe (IPSE).

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the French geopolitician noted that the Throne Speech is distinguished by its nature and reflects the success of the strategic orientations undertaken in recent years. The speech underscores a phase of power assertion, as the Kingdom is now equipped to display the results achieved and consolidate public policies implemented.

The Royal Speech reaffirms Morocco’s status as a prominent African power, bolstered by economic, diplomatic, and infrastructural transformations accomplished in recent years. Dupuy particularly highlighted structural investments, infrastructure development, and the Kingdom’s African poli
