Accra:Strong thundershowers with a risk of hail are expected across several provinces on Monday, as announced by Morocco’s weather authority, DGM.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, these showers, ranging between 30 to 45 mm, are forecast from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The affected northern provinces include Tetouan, Fahs-Anjra, Chefchaouen, M’Diq-Fnideq, Al Hoceima, as well as northeastern regions such as Nador and Driouch. This information was specified in an orange-level alert bulletin issued by DGM.

Additionally, similar weather conditions, with rainfall amounts between 20 to 30 mm, are predicted for the same timeframe in other provinces. These include El Hajeb, Moulay Yacoub, Khemisset, Meknes, Sidi Kacem, Ifrane, Fez, Berkane, Figuig, Errachidia, Larache, Sefrou, Tangier-Assilah, Midelt, and Boulemane.
