UPDATE(2): Two Palestinians killed, three others injured by Israeli gunfire west of Jenin

JENIN: Two Palestinians in their early 30s were killed and three others were injured today by Israeli occupation forces’ live bullets in the village of Kafr Qud, west of the city of Jenin, according to local sources.

Sources said that an occupation army force cordoned off a house in the village of Kafr Qud and opened heavy gunfire towards it, killing two people and injuring three others. The two slain Palestinians were identified as Waleed Jamal Hussain and Khader Abu Qotneh.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that the occupation forces prevented ambulance crews’ access to the scene.

The killing of Hussain and Qotneh brought the total number of Palestinians killed since the start of the all-out Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023, to 615, including 144 children. In addition, over 5400 people were injured.
