Shaikh Khaled bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, General Director of Vatel Bahrain, has announced the ongoing registration for a European bachelor's degree programme in International Hotel Management from France for the academic year 2024-2025. Shaikh Khaled bin Khalifa said that during the first semester, students alternate between academic learning and practical training, completing practical training in four and five-star hotels in the second semester. Students who graduate with nearly two years of experience have an easier time securing employment in the field. He said that the programme offers French language courses, an essential language for obtaining jobs and internships locally, regionally, and globally. This programme is recognised by the European Qualifications Framework and has been ranked first in France for three consecutive years according to QS World University Rankings in 'Hospitality and Leisure Management 2024'. The general director highlighted that Vatel Bahrain has recently celebrated the graduat ion of two batches of students, all of whom received job offers before graduating. This represents the high demand for this field in the tourism sector.
