According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the Head of Government, Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, emphasized that youth issues are central to the Government Program, serving as guiding principles for other priorities. This statement was made during a joint plenary session of the two Houses of Parliament, where the Government Program was presented.

El Mansouri outlined seven complementary priorities of the program, highlighting youth integration as a key focus. The program also aims to consolidate the rule of law, combat corruption, preserve social cohesion and identity, ensure a dignified life, strengthen the Social State, achieve strategic sovereignty and international prominence, and develop an economy capable of supporting these goals.

The Head of Government noted the pervasive impact of youth issues across various sectors, including political and institutional participation, the national integrated youth strategy, public school quality, guidance, vocational training, and the integration of young farmers in rural areas.

Additionally, youth involvement extends to major initiatives related to the 2030 World Cup, digital profession training, returning skilled workers, and mitigating the brain drain of higher education graduates. El Mansouri assured that the government will implement a comprehensive national youth strategy focused on coherent and participatory governance, improved institutional frameworks, and ensuring youth access to clearly defined rights, support, and economic opportunities.
