Rabat: BMAQ Agency, operating under the Al-Quds Committee chaired by HM King Mohammed VI, has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems at the end of 2023. This certification acknowledges the agency’s efforts in administrative modernization over the past two years, which have included the implementation of integrated digitalization measures, enhancement of financial and administrative management, and diversification of funding sources, according to the agency’s statement.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the renewal of the international ISO certification came after a comprehensive external audit. This audit concentrated on the development of the quality system procedures manual, the tracking of performance indicators, and the organization of intensive training sessions for staff in the financial and administrative departments.
This certification is expected to bolster the agency’s reputation among partners, donors, and funding institutions, demonstrating its commitment to international standards of quality and transparency. Furthermore, the agency has expressed its intention to pursue additional quality-related certifications in the future to further solidify its transparency standards.
