FM Meetings Foster International Cooperation and Bilateral Relations


New york: FM Meets with Counterparts from Several Countries Mr. Bourita met with Emirati minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The Moroccan minister also held talks with Somalia’s Foreign Minister, Abdisalam Abdi Ali. Mr. Bourita also met with his Swiss counterpart, Ignazio Cassis, and Dutch Foreign Minister, David Van Weel. Talks focused on the means to reinforce bilateral relations and step up cooperation in several areas. These meetings also provided the opportunity to discuss several regional and international issues of common interest and to coordinate positions within international bodies.



According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, these high-level meetings were aimed at strengthening the diplomatic ties between Morocco and the countries involved.
