Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), received a cable of congratulations from Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, on the 23rd anniversary of the SCW, coinciding with the Kingdom’s celebrations of the Silver Jubilee of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s accession.
The minister highlighted the SCW’s crucial role since its establishment in the reign of His Majesty the King, supported by the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. He praised the elevated status of Bahraini women to the directives of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bit Ibrahim, which has empowered them to achieve leadership roles and the recognition they deserve.
