Dakhla: An Ivorian diplomatic delegation arrived in Dakhla to explore the development momentum and investment potential of the Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region. The delegation was led by Yves Tadet, First Counsellor at the Ivory Coast Embassy, and included diplomats responsible for economic, social, and academic affairs.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Yves Tadet met with Ali Khalil, the wali of the Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region and governor of Oued Eddahab province. During the meeting, Tadet expressed admiration for the strong historical ties of friendship, cooperation, and brotherhood between Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire. He emphasized that Côte d’Ivoire views Dakhla, where over 2,500 Ivorians reside, as an integral part of Morocco’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The visit also provided an opportunity for the delegation to engage with the Ivorian community in the region. Tadet noted that Ivorians living in Dakhla enjoy a dignified environment and have access to quality university education.

nally, the Ivorian delegation attended a presentation by a representative of the Regional Investment Center. The presentation highlighted the development dynamics in the region, including major infrastructure projects aimed at unlocking the territory’s potential and the various investment opportunities available.
