Moroccan Police Dismiss British Woman’s Entry Allegations as Baseless

Marrakesh: An investigation opened by Marrakesh police, including a review of surveillance footage from both arrivals and departures areas, revealed the published claims to be entirely baseless and in need of clarification and correction.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the passenger arrived at the airport on July 31 at 11 a.m. without a passport, as required by Moroccan legal provisions to enter the national territory. In coordination with an air freight and services company, authorities were unable to find the travel document, which the British national claimed to have either lost or left on board the aircraft.

As a result, she was denied entry into Morocco due to the absence of the necessary documentation, and arrangements were made for her return on the next available flight to her home country that same day.
