Rabat: Anticipating the influx of thousands of fans expected during the competition across different host cities served by train, Morocco’s National Railways Office (ONCF) will implement a special service plan, including dedicated shuttles and additional trains, carefully adapted to game schedules, in order to ensure smooth and safe travel, the Office said in a press release.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, to facilitate travel for fans heading to Rabat to cheer on the national team, some trains from the South will make a special stopover at the new Rabat Riad station, ideally located near the Moulay Abdellah Stadium. Special shuttles will provide a two-way connection between Rabat Agdal and Rabat Riad stations, ensuring quick and smooth connections to all destinations.
ONCF urges supporters to regularly check the special train timetables so they can plan their trips accordingly with complete peace of mind. To ensure supporters, fans, and travelers’ full enjoyment of this event while discovering Morocco, the ONCF is launching a very attractive fare offer, valid from December 15, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
Available as a 100% digital pass for only MAD 50, this offer entitles holders to a 30% discount on all trains (Al Boraq, Al Atlas, and TNR) in 1st and 2nd class, with unlimited travel. To guarantee smooth and safe traffic flow in the stations of the cities hosting the matches, ONCF is implementing a special traffic management system. Dedicated routes and specific signage will be installed in stations, in addition to the mobilization of ONCF teams, reinforced by volunteers and interns, on match days to guide, accompany, and inform fans, particularly when accessing platforms and boarding trains.
Similarly, technical teams will provide continuous 24/7 supervision to ensure smooth and prompt traffic flow. The ONCF encourages all fans to comply with traffic instructions and follow the recommendations of guidance teams to enjoy safe and smooth travel before and after matches.
