Manama, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, sent a cable of congratulations to Hammouda Youssef Sabbagh, Speaker of the People’s Assembly of Syria, on his reelection during the first extraordinary session of the assembly’s fourth legislative term.
