Manama, Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, sent two cables of congratulations to Om Birla, the Speaker of India’s Lok Sabha, and to Jakdeep Dhankhar, the Vice President of India, on their country’s Independence Day.
