Two Palestinian families forced to evacuate their homes due to colonist attacks in northern Jordan Valley


JORDAN VALLEY: Two Palestinian families from the Wadi al-Faw area in the northern Jordan Valley were forced to evacuate due to the recent escalation of colonist attacks.

Human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh said that the families of brothers Mahmoud and Walid Khaled Kaabneh were forced to leave the Wadi al-Faw area due to the escalation of colonist terrorism in the area.

Daraghmeh affirmed that the two families have been suffering from the ongoing violations and crimes committed by colonists.

Yesterday, colonists, under the protection of the occupation forces, attacked the homes of the two families and assaulted them along international activists in the area. Members of the two families, including women and children, were also injured as a result of the beating and pepper spraying.

The northwestern Jordan Valley is witnessing daily and escalating attacks by the occupation forces and , as these attacks consist of raiding citizens’ homes, assaulting and terrorizing them, in addition to pursuing shepherds an
d preventing them from entering pastures and stealing their livestock.
