Rabat: Bahraini author Nooh Khalifa has released his latest book focusing on the diplomatic and cultural connections between Bahrain and Morocco. Titled ‘Bahrain and Morocco: Shared Diplomatic and Cultural Activities’, this book marks Khalifa’s third publication delving into the relations between the two nations. The book highlights ongoing cultural activities, including festivals, intellectual events, and bilateral agreements between the countries.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, Khalifa emphasizes the roles of His Majesty the King Mohammed VI of Morocco and His Majesty King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain in nurturing strong diplomatic and cultural ties. The book details how the leadership of both monarchs has been instrumental in facilitating various forms of cooperation.
Khalifa notes that, under the guidance of the two sovereigns, governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as intellectuals, have been actively involved in promoting cultural exchange. This collaboration has
played a crucial role in establishing a foundation for global cultural unity across different sectors.
The author also underscores the contribution of the King of Bahrain in enhancing the cultural relationship with Morocco. This includes encouraging participation of Bahraini cultural figures in Moroccan events, such as the Assilah International Cultural Festival, which further cements the cultural bond between the two countries.
