The Presidency highlighted that dialogue and consultation are essential for addressing the nation’s challenges.
According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the Presidency acknowledged the important role of youth expression in digital and public spaces and praised the police for their balanced interaction, which adhered to legal procedures. Following the Royal Guidelines from the July 2025 Throne Speech, the government is committed to implementing these directives, beginning with the 2026 Finance Bill. This includes efforts to upgrade territorial areas and reduce social and spatial disparities for balanced development.
The Presidency recognized the longstanding issues within the healthcare system, aligning with the reform ambitions expressed by the youth. Since taking office, the government has embarked on a comprehensive overhaul of the sector, which involves creating regional health groups, upgrading hospitals, and increasing the number of health professionals to meet international standards. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to reform the healthcare system in line with the expectations of citizens.
Additionally, the Presidency welcomed the initiative by parliamentary groups to engage in discussions on healthcare reform and expressed openness to proposals that could enhance the system. The government remains committed to advancing its program focused on strengthening the welfare state, with particular emphasis on social protection and ongoing reforms in health and education sectors.
The government is also focused on boosting public and private investment to create jobs, addressing housing challenges, empowering youth, combating water stress, and reforming the justice system. These initiatives aim to reinforce the social contract and fulfill the aspirations of all Moroccans.
