HEBEON: Israeli forces Monday detained at least 27 Palestinians during military raids and searches in various West Bank districts, according to security sources and the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
Israeli military forces detained at least eight Palestinians from several areas across the city of Hebron.
PPS said that Israeli forces detained a Palestinian from Tubas city in the northern West Bank, noting that he suffers from a heart condition.
It added that a military raid was conducted in the village of Tal, southwest of Nablus, resulting in the detention of six people.
Another military raid was conducted in the village of Deir Ghassana, northwest of Ramallah, which led to the detention of another.
PPS said that Israeli army forces raid the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, where they detained at least two people.
The town of Arraba, south of Jenin, was also saw a military raid by Israeli forces, resulting in the detention of two persons.
