On the issue of the Kingdom’s territorial integrity, Kawczynski said that he had submitted written questions to parliament on the recognition of Morocco

During a meeting with the wali of the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra region, Abdeslam Bekrate, governor of the province of Laayoune, the members of the British delegation learned about the all-out efforts made by the state, as well as the measures taken to breathe new life into the development dynamic as part of the new development model for the southern provinces, launched by His Majesty King Mohammed VI in 2015.

On this occasion, an overview was presented of developments in the issue of Morocco’s territorial integrity, including the autonomy plan presented by the Kingdom, in addition to the serious and effective commitment to the economic, social, and legal development of the region under the enlightened leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

In a meeting with members of the re
gion’s Council, the British parliamentary delegation received a briefing on the various projects carried out under the new development model for the Kingdom’s southern provinces, and the positive impact of this program on these regions, particularly Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra.
