Manama: Dr. Mubarak bin Mohammed Juma, Minister of Education, received Professor Cathal Kelly, Vice Chancellor and CEO of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), and Professor Sameer Otoom, President of RCSI – Bahrain.

During the meeting, the minister was briefed on RCSI’s annual report and its upcoming plans and projects.
