Rabat:Several Moroccan provinces are expected to experience heavy thunderstorms with hail and gusty winds on Wednesday.

According to Agence Marocaine De Presse, the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) has issued a forecast indicating that these weather conditions will occur between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Rainfall amounts are anticipated to range from 20 to 40 mm. The affected provinces include Al Haouz, Chichaoua, Azilal, Taza, Fquih Ben Salah, Ifrane, Guercif, Sefrou, Khenifra, Beni Mellal, Midelt, Boulemane, Khouribga, El Kelaa Sraghna, Berkane, Nador, and Taourirt. The DGM has issued an orange-level alert for these areas.
