NABLUS: Israeli occupation forces today seized three Palestinian-owned vehicles in the village of al-Sawiya, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, as they passed a military checkpoint ercted at the entrance of the village.

Moatasem Saleh, a local citizen, said that Israeli forces stationed at the checkpoint took him out of his vehicle along with his father despite the cold weather and seized his vehicle.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces also seized two vehicles owned by two local residents.

Saleh added that the occupation forces deliberately humiliate people at the checkpoint that they erected at the said village following the start of the aggression on Gaza, obstructing and restricting citizens’ movement.
