GAZA: Dozens of civilians, mostly children and women, were killed and injured tonight in the ongoing Israeli bombardment of different areas in the Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, ten civilians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli shelling of a house belonging to the Shahada family in the al-Shati refugee camp to the west of Gaza City.

At least 23 civilians were also killed and others were injured in Israeli airstrikes targeting a multi-storey house belonging to the al-Matwi family west of Nuseirat camp, in the central Strip.

Israeli warplanes also launched a series of strikes on Gaza City and its southern area.

The occupation jets bombed a house in the al-Sawarha area, resulting in the killing of four people and the injury of several others. Two people were also reported missing under the rubble.

Medical sources reported that the occupation has committed 38 massacres in the Gaza Strip in the last 48 hours, killing 350 people, of whom at least 24 were killed in the Israeli shelling of
Khan Yunis, in southern Gaza.

Meanwhile, Israeli naval boats fired their heavy machine gunfire targeting several neighborhoods, including Sheikh Ijlin, Tel al-Hawa, Nasser and Sheikh Radwan as well as the outskirts of the al-Shati camp.

Israeli warplanes also targeted the tents of displaced persons stretching along the shore of Rafah city.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PCRS) reported that civilians were forced to bury three displaced persons, who were killed following Israeli shelling, inside the courtyard of the Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis due to the intensified Israeli shelling in its vicinity.

The bodies of 35 people who were also killed in Israeli strikes were buried in a mass grave inside the Nasser Medical Complex due to the accumulation of bodies after failing to reach cemeteries as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombardment.

Sources said that the occupation tanks remain stationed at the outside gate of Al-Amal Hospital, amid constant shooting to prevent any movement inside the hospital
and the PRCS headquarters in Khan Yunis.

Sources said that the occupation forces opened fire directly toward an ambulance that was parked in the courtyard of the Al-Amal hospital.

The number of civilians killed since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7 has risen to 26,422. Around 65,087 others were also wounded.
